Etalon-LenSpetsSMU Group is one of the few industrial complexes able to construct not only separate turn-key houses, but entire street blocks and residential estates including utility installations, infrastructural works, heat and energy supply. During its lifespan the company has completed over 70 residential and commercial buildings.

The total area of projects amounts to 2.8 million square meters. During the rapid growth period of the construction market, the Group broke the record for the amount of constructed residential space in the North-Western region which was equal to 413 thousand sq. m in 2008. In addition to that, the Group carries out all design and construction and installation work using its own resources. In cases of the outside contractors outsourcing the scope of work executed by them doesn’t exceed 20 % of the total scope of work. We have an extensive experience in obtaining approvals of detailed working designs and construction from city agencies.
